Juniperus horizontalis 'Mother Lode' is a creeping, flat cultivar of Juniper. The Juniper is covered in soft, golden, feather like foliage that retains its color four seasons a year. Plant Motherlode in full to part sun in average well drained  soil. In 10 years this plant may grow 1" tall and 3' wide. Looks great in rock gardens trailing over and between boulders. Hardy from zones 3-9
