- Sorbaria sorbifolia 'Sem'
'Sem' Ash Leaf Spirea offers a generous display of creamy flowers 4" to 10" long, in fleecy white panicles during June and July. One of the first shrubs to leaf out in the spring, fresh fern-like foliage growth is flushed with pink before maturing to green. Brilliant red fall color extends the seasonal interest of this compact shrub. A good choice for dry soil conditions. Grows 3-4' tall and broad. Plant in full to partial sun. Hardy to zones 3-7.
