Calycanthus floridus 'Athens'

Athens Carolina Allspice blooms in early to mid-summer, with very fragrant, large creamy white to pale yellow flowers.  This bush can grow to 9ft tall, or prune to smaller size if desired.  Plant in full sun to part shade, in average soil.  Deer resistant, and drought tolerant once established.  Butterflies love this plant!  Hardy to zones 5-9.
