Wisteria macrostachya 'Blue Moon'

A native cultivar of Wisteria that is a reliable bloomer! Reportedly will bloom reliably 3 seasons out of the year. We have seen it bloom prolifically in June, but that is it at this time. Vine is well worth growing despite this minor confusion. Flowers are 5-6” long racemes, light blue in coloration with pale yellow throats. Foliage is medium green and made up of very attractive pinnate leaves. A sturdy structure is required to grow wisteria effectively. A must have for the serious gardener or novice with a need for a climber. Easy to grow!
