Cornus kousa 'Satomi'

Satomi Dogwood is a highly regarded new introduction with huge pink to red colored flowers that bloom from late May through June. Cornus kousa 'Satomi' has dark green foliage tinted maroon, changing to purple-red in the fall. Due to its disease resistance, selections of Cornus kousa are much sought after and Satomi is the most highly prized of all kousa selections.
